In the wake of COVID-19, many restaurants have shifted to multichannel systems such as take-out and online ordering, and at the same time, they have faced the problem of increasing the workload from receiving orders to serving them. This service was evaluated for its ability to deal with these situations one by one, and for its service design that grasps the entire problem structure, including the integration of POS and the construction of an online ordering site.

The system not only covers the workflow from ordering to payment but also links up back and front offices. As an iPad-based app, iCHEF is a point-of-sale system designed for restaurant owners and serving staff.
With it, they can monitor every single process, from ordering to the bill. Providing an easy-control interface with comprehensive functions, the app makes serving processes in restaurants significantly smoother.
By transferring each order into different data analyses to identify sales trends or dining habits related to customers, vital statistics are being tracked and provide useful information.
The system allows for an 48 hours offline operation and stable service in case the user has no Internet connection or the device is not working properly.
